RoseBrook is a New Development of two large detached homes almost finished in Bishops Stortford. We are delighted to report significant progress at our site in Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire. We have successfully constructed two exceptional detached homes. The Harold, a four-bedroom residence, is currently undergoing the second fixing stage, with tiling in the bathrooms underway and the kitchen installation imminent. The Rose, a spacious five-bedroom house spread over three floors and featuring a triple garage, is approximately three weeks behind schedule.

This week, our professional photographer visited the site to update our project imagery. The two photographs presented below were captured exactly ten months apart, clearly illustrating the progress we have achieved.

Our entire team has demonstrated outstanding dedication and effort on this project. The images were taken on January 13, 2025, showcasing our team engaged in second fixing and paneling work. Please take note of the expansive loft space, which is so large it could accommodate an aircraft. Given our proximity of just 7.5 miles to Stansted Airport, this could indeed be a viable option!
